Higher Ground Reunion
One of the many traditions included with Higher Ground is the annual reunion. This year's reunion is Sunday, July 27, 2008, at St Patrick's Parish Hall in North Platte. This gives participants and staff the opportunity to renew freindships, catch up with what is happening in each others lives and to find out how each others lives have been changed by attending Higher Ground. The reunion includes time for fellowship, celebration of Eucharist often with the Bishop of the Diocese of Grand Island, supper and a dance. Anyone who has ever been a part of Higher Ground/Outward Bound since its conception in 1965 is invited and encouraged to attend the reunion.
